Customer complained that unit is not cooling. Checked the unit and found out that capacitor was bad . Replaced capacitor and checked Freon levels and the Freon level was low. Checked with a leak detector to see where is leaking from but couldn’t find the leak. Need to add dye pack on the unit. Unit is 10 years old and recommend for replacment. Customer want to speak with a comfort advisor on Monday

Compressor not running. Hearing it try to start but not starting. Motor windings open. Hosed compressor down to try to cool but still not starting. Told her cost to change compressor and she said she cant do that. Suggested having a comfort advisor come out and she declined

Total Air Cares Membership w/ Additional System Performed maintenance on two split systems. Cleared both drain lines tested both float switches. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperature differentials. Checked amp draws on compressors fans and blowers. Checked condition of coils and blower assemblies. Units running, and cooling at this time. Highly recommend adding a UV system to keep bacteria from growing and mechanical parts, clean in the air handlers as well as adding surge protection for the outside units

Completed for maintenance on split system unit Tested refrigerant levels, and temperature Checked all wiring and components Tested capacitor capacitor was reading low. I replaced with a new capacitor. Tested fan and compressor amps Hosed off condenser coils Tested float switch Tested water pump UV bulb has gone bad but it is an older UV light. Customer must buy a new one if he wants replaced or replace himself. Took temperature splits from supply and return Unit is up and operating at this time

Blower Motor / Contactor Coils and evaporator is iced up completely and wires from motor are buried in ice. Need to let ice thaw in order to complete repair. Put bin in return box for water dripping Removed old motor and contacter. Installed new blower motor and contacter and required everything. Tested unit and blower motor is shutting off properly.

We’re arrival the breaker was dripped. Start chicken the wires I ome the compressor and found out the compressor is short to ground compressor need to be your place. Customer wanted a code for replacing the compressor.

Arrived to find unit not running and the float switch being tripped. Cleared drain line and float switch and got the unit running. Highly recommend adding an eye flow device to prevent future drain line issues. Condenser coil is quite dirty highly recommend having it cleaned. Also highly recommend signing up for maintenance program to keep your unit maintained and prevent future issues from arising. This will also give a 20% discount on any of the work that needs to be performed.
